AI Content and the Future

We talk endlessly about AI in the 2020s. Since 2022 it's been a very popular topic. We will talk about artificial intelligence until the end of time.

I understand that in the future it is possible content created by AI will be undetectable. It will be difficult or impossible for most people to identify if something was made with AI. Many people struggle with that right now. AI detection programs right now have many false positives. They think something was made with AI but they are wrong.

We may have to go back to using physical work for evidence and authenticity. For example people will need to show photos and videos of their journals or pages with handwriting on them. Evidence that a pen or pencil was used on the pages. People need to show photos and videos of them making the content. To have evidence of the process.

"Oh but those photos and videos could be made with AI." You got me there. Which makes things even more difficult for people to prove their hard work was made by them. It makes it difficult to prove that AI did not create it.

We live in a dangerous world and era.

I accept it. I accept that in the future it may be very hard or impossible for most people to identify if something was made with AI.

Which is why I appreciate human made content much more now.

A human being who makes something, a story, essay, book, music, art, video, film. There is purpose and a reason for all the content inside it. The person used their time, energy, effort, and care for their content. They cared about it.

If someone is honest about using AI. If they openly and directly state that they use AI to make something, I appreciate their honesty. If they give a percentage. AI made 100%, 90%, 50%, 10% of the content. I appreciate their honesty and would think about whether or not I would watch their content.

All I can do about this world and AI.

I love content made by human beings.

I appreciate content made by people much more now.

I accept the world we live in.

I accept that in the future it may be impossible to detect if something was created by AI.

That's out of my control.

All I can do is live for my happiness and peace of mind.
